Like your favorite cotton tee shirt, wonderful to sleep in, but prettier! Very feminine in a pure cotton vintage late 80s early 90s nightgown or nightshirt / night shirt.
Softest pink cotton, the little nightgown / nightshirt has a round neckline edged in delicate lace. Five little buttons close the gown down the front, even the buttons are pretty with a white, pearl like finish.
on each side of the button placket are three rows of pin pleats, ending to allow some fullness just about waist high. A row of the pretties embroidery in pink and pastel green is embroidered vertically after the row of pleats with the tiniest faux pearl accent at each group of flowers. A most beautiful accent!
A second row of pin pleats / pin tucks follows the embroidery, as if framing it!
Sleeves are three quarter, and the gown is knee length, with a man's shirt tail hemline, softly sweeping up at each side seam.
